Regular conversations also help us build strong bonds because they create an ongoing dialogue that strengthens relationships and makes us feel more understood and seen. At a time when much communication is digital and often superficial, this reminds us how important it is to make time for real conversations with those we care about, whether on the phone or face-to-face.
