Join Vinje hiking team to Dansarstein on September 10th!

Dansarstein is a flat little mountain plateau under Heidalsnutan in Øyfjell. The trip is 2.5 kilometers in total and is relatively easy. The height difference is about 150 meters. From Dansarstein there is a great view of Longvikvatn, Damtjønnuten and Raulandsfjell. Those who wish can walk a slightly longer round over Heidalsnutan and come down to the parking lot via Fjellvegen.

Dansarstein is, as the name suggests, an excellent place for dancing and playing. Feel free to bring your instrument and play up to dance!

Meet at the main entrance at USN at 16.30. The hiking team organizes transport to and from the starting point of the trip, but if there are many participants, they will need more cars. When you sign up, they ask if you have a car and have the opportunity to drive. There is a toll fee of NOK 50 on the way to the starting point.

It is wet in the terrain and often windy at the top, so dress in proper hiking clothes. The tour guide is Thor Christiansen. Registration and questions to Kyrre Hegg at 90962958.
