We are here for you!
In our office in Kongsberg, you find Siri, who can help you with everything from problems with your flatmates, to questions about which student association might suit you, or if you need a chat about your student life - whether you struggle with heartbreak or other small crises in life.
In short, most things that concern you as a student - in your life outside your studies.
Those who are involved in student volunteering can contact Siri for help and support with student association work.

We are located inside the bookstore at Kirkegata 6. The bookstore has entrances from both Krona and Kirkegata. Siri has a private office by the entrance facing Krona.

Pick up/deliver key
Residents of Vestsiden and Papillon can arrange to have their key delivered to the room, so that you can lock in via My key card in the Student Sørøst app or on My page on desktop/mobile. Otherwise, the key can be collected from Brage Bok at Kirkegata 6.

When moving out, keys can be delivered in Brage Bok or in one of the drop boxes:
Kirkegata:
Marked drop off point by the main entrance to the student accommodation.
Papillon:
Marked drop off point by the mailboxes.
Vestsiden:
By message board in the hallway in Silva.
IMPORTANT about use of dropbox for delivery of key!
Keys and everything else that is delivered in our dropboxes MUST be put in a named envelope.

Fixed seasonal opening hours
The service offices have reduced opening hours during the winter break, autumn break, in June and July. We are closed during the Easter and Christmas holidays, as well as on all bank holidays.
NB! Please note that if your contract starts on a weekend, bank holiday or holiday, you cannot move in before the next working day at 1 pm. If your contract ends on such a day, you can deliver your key in one of our dropboxes.
