Invitation to a course in mindfulness and stress management for students at Rauland

The course will be held in Norwegian

All human beings are born with the ability to "alarm" and be stressed out. The ability to calm down again, however, we must learn.

On the course, you will learn methods that can help to better manage stress and become more mindfully present in life.

The course will consist of a combination of theory, practical exercises and reflection.

You are invited to a performance-free zone! You do not need any prior knowledge to participate.
