Welcome to The Big Clothing Swap Day at Papirbredden!
Swap clothes you no longer wear and get new favorites in return – all while helping the environment!
On Saturday, April 26th, The Big Clothing Swap Day is happening at Papirbredden. Drammen Library will accept garments you’d like to exchange. You can bring up to 10 items and receive one swap ticket per item, which you can use to pick out something new on the swap day. Clothes must be clean and in good condition. Shoes and accessories in good shape are also accepted.
Items can be dropped off on the 3rd floor of the library starting Tuesday, April 22nd, or on the swap day itself, April 26th. Don’t forget to keep the swap tickets you receive!
Didn’t love your new item? Is the sweater pilled or slightly damaged? Visit Fikseriet’s repair corner to mend, refresh, or alter clothes before bringing them home.
Feel free to bring your own bag to carry your new clothes – let’s save the environment from plastic bags.
The swap market is open from 12:00 to 15:00 on Saturday, April 26th.
