Trumpeter Nils Petter Molvær had a great international success with the album "Khmer" in 1997. Since then he has made his own music, meeting jazz, ambient, house and electronica, as well as hip hop, rock and pop. Since the start with Masqualero in 1982, Molvær has changed the face of improvised music in Europe. Molvær and band are on tour under the auspices of Sørnorsk Jazzsenter.
