Student life can be exciting but also demanding and stressful.
Mindfulness is a proven method to manage stress, improve quality of life, and increase focus and concentration. By learning basic mindfulness exercises, you can find grounding in yourself, making you less vulnerable to stress, restlessness, and worries. This can help you handle the ups and downs of student life more wisely.
In the course, you will learn about:
• What stress is, why we need it, and the difference between positive and negative stress.
• How to take care of yourself and manage thoughts and emotions that cause high stress and feel overwhelming.
• Simple tools and exercises using breathing, senses, and body awareness to calm your nervous system and be present.
💻 The course is Norwegian and will be held online via Teams.
